Texas Patio Screens' ownership worked sales and installation roles at a competitor before opening its doors, and saw firsthand how customers got strung along by long lead times and promises that didn't hold up — sales mattered more than customer satisfaction, a tale as old as time in many industries. This company exists to do it right.
