Pools are common, which means standing water nearby and a heavier bug load than a dry yard. For households with kids running in and out of the pool, we can build out a post and hang a door right next to the motorized screen, so you get walk-through access without giving up the option to open and close the patio screen as desired.
In-home consultations and quotes are free. We map each opening, check where the power is, discuss where housing can be placed, and go through fabric options that fit the goal you're trying to accomplish. You get a written itemized quote and an installation by our own crew, typically within 30 days of your down payment or sooner, as of October 2026. On older covers, we also check headers and posts and tell you plainly if anything needs attention before screens go up.

Twin Creeks, StarCreek, and most Allen communities have an HOA with an architectural review process. We've worked with HOAs across the Metroplex and have no problem satisfying their requests. We can provide renderings, color and hardware selections, and fabric specifications, and work with the HOA to gain approval for the project.

Yes. Pet-resistant mesh stands up to claws and paws and can be used on the lower bays of a screen room or across the whole enclosure.
Keder is a far more robust way to anchor the screen fabric into the side track than a zipper edge, which is a much thinner connection between the fabric and the track. Keder is the superior system for outdoor motorized screens, which is why we use it.
Rubber seals hold up far better than brush seals. Brushes fray over time and collect grass clippings, dust, and insects, so within a year or two they look worn out. Rubber stays cleaner and lasts longer, which is why we use it instead.
