These terms cover your use of this website and the quote process. The work itself is governed by the written proposal you sign — where this page and a signed proposal disagree, the signed proposal wins.
Prices, deposit and payment schedule are set out in your proposal. Screens and screen rooms are built to the measurements of your specific opening, so an order cannot be cancelled once fabrication has begun, except as your proposal states.
Install dates are our best estimate and can move for weather, supplier delays or site conditions. You agree to provide safe access to the work area and a working power supply where a motor needs one. If we cannot proceed on the day because access is not available, a return visit may be chargeable.
Warranty coverage, its length and what it excludes are stated in your written proposal and in the manufacturer's own warranty for the motor and fabric. Nothing on this website extends, shortens or replaces those terms. Damage from misuse, alteration, or weather beyond the product's rated tolerance is not covered.

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, our liability arising from this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if anything. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Collin County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute.
