Recent construction with clean, square openings and solid headers, which makes for a straightforward motorized screen install. Big yards with young trees mean there is not much natural shade yet, so the west and south sides of the patio take the full afternoon. Open land around Windsong Ranch, Star Trail, and the northern edge of town means steady wind; side-track retention is not optional here. Many homeowners are finishing the backyard in stages, and screens fit into that plan whenever the patio is ready.
In-home consultations and quotes are free. We map each opening, check where the power is, discuss where housing can be placed, and go through fabric options that fit the goal you're trying to accomplish. You get a written itemized quote and an installation by our own crew. Current lead time is within 30 days of your down payment or sooner, as of October 2026. If you're still under construction, we can measure once the patio structure is complete and schedule the install around your move-in.

Windsong Ranch, Star Trail, and most Prosper communities have architectural review. We've worked with HOAs across the Metroplex and have no problem satisfying their requests. We can provide renderings, color and hardware selections, and fabric specifications, and work with the HOA to gain approval for the project.

Yes. Side tracks hold the fabric taut on both edges, and our systems carry a wind rating up to 100 mph, so everyday wind on an open lot is well within what they're built for.
Yes. We measure once the patio structure is complete and can schedule the install around your closing so the patio is finished when you move in.
Keder is a far more robust way to anchor the screen fabric into the side track than a zipper edge, which is a much thinner connection between the fabric and the track. Keder is the superior system for outdoor motorized screens, which is why we use it.
Rubber seals hold up far better than brush seals. Brushes fray over time and collect grass clippings, dust, and insects, so within a year or two they look worn out. Rubber stays cleaner and lasts longer, which is why we use it instead.
