Patio Screens Built for Celina Homes

What Celina patios have in common

Celina has been the fastest-growing city in DFW for years running — its population has nearly quadrupled since 2020 — and almost every patio we build here is behind a brand-new home in a master-planned community like Bluewood, Cambridge Crossing, or Celina Hills. New construction means clean, square openings and a solid header, which is close to the best-case setup for a motorized screen install. It also means a strict architectural review process: these communities protect their look closely, and we build and color-match every screen to meet it.

How we work in Celina

In-home consultations and quotes are free. We map each opening, check where the power is, discuss where housing can be placed, and go through fabric options that fit the goal you're trying to accomplish. You get a written itemized quote and an installation by our own crew. Current lead time is within 30 days of your down payment or sooner, as of October 2026. If you're still under construction, we can measure once the patio structure is complete and schedule the install around your move-in.

Neighborhoods we serve in Celina

We install across Celina and the surrounding communities, including Bluewood, Cambridge Crossing, Celina Hills, and Chalk Hill. Zip code 75009. If your neighborhood isn't listed, enter your zip in the form below and we'll confirm coverage.

HOA approval and permits in Celina

Bluewood, Cambridge Crossing, and most Celina communities have architectural review. We've worked with HOAs across the Metroplex and have no problem satisfying their requests. We can provide renderings, color and hardware selections, and fabric specifications, and work with the HOA to gain approval for the project.

Motorized screens or a screen room?

Motorized patio screens roll down over the openings of your covered patio and retract for an open view; a screen room encloses the patio permanently with framed screen walls and a door. Both block sun, wind, rain, dust, and bugs. If you're not sure which fits your Celina patio, choose "I'd Like Advice" in the form below and we'll walk you through it at the free in-home consultation. Celina Patio Screen FAQ

Do you install motorized patio screens in Celina?

Yes. Celina is one of our core service areas. We build and install motorized patio screens and screen rooms across Celina, including Bluewood, Cambridge Crossing, Celina Hills, and Chalk Hill.

Can the screen housing be hidden?

Yes, in most cases. Housing can be hidden as long as your structure allows for it — typically a soffit or a deep header. Every patio is different, so we evaluate this case by case and confirm exactly what's possible at the free in-home consultation.

Can motorized screens connect to my smart-home system?

Yes. Screens can be operated by remote, wall switch, or app, and integrated with most smart-home platforms for schedules, scenes, or a weather sensor that retracts them in high wind.

What's the difference between a zipper track and a Keder track?

Keder is a far more robust way to anchor the screen fabric into the side track than a zipper edge, which is a much thinner connection between the fabric and the track. Keder is the superior system for outdoor motorized screens, which is why we use it.

Why don't you use brush seals?

Rubber seals hold up far better than brush seals. Brushes fray over time and collect grass clippings, dust, and insects, so within a year or two they look worn out. Rubber stays cleaner and lasts longer, which is why we use it instead.
