Frisco has added more new homes in the last fifteen years than almost any city in the country, and most of them came with a covered patio and no way to use it in August. We build motorized patio screens and screen rooms for Frisco homeowners so that patio becomes the room it was drawn to be.

Every project starts with a free in-home measurement. We look at the header, the columns, the power available at the patio, and how the sun moves across your yard, then leave you a written itemized quote. Screens and screen rooms are fabricated in North Texas and installed by our own crew, usually about three weeks after measurement. Nothing is subcontracted.

Frisco's master-planned communities almost all run an architectural control committee, and most ask for a request before exterior work. Motorized screens in a color matched to your trim are approved routinely; screen rooms may need a simple drawing. We supply the product details and drawings your HOA asks for.
